Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Timetreasure! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return a product and receive a refund.

Eligibility for Return and Refund:

• You may return most new, unworn, and unsized watches purchased on Timetreasure.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Watches must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and paperwork intact.
• We do not accept returns for used, worn, sized, or altered watches.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Before returning your watch, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] within the 30-day return window. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the watch to Timetreasure. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your protection.
4. Return Address: Ship your return to Store Address.

Please note: We cannot accept returns sent COD (Cash On Delivery).

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned watch and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions:

• Warranty Repairs: For watches requiring warranty repairs, please refer to the warranty information included with your watch or contact our customer service team for instructions.
• Gifts: If you received a watch as a gift, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please contact the gift giver for more information.

Timetreasure reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
